To open a new support ticket:


  1. Click on the New Support Ticket link
  2. Complete the form with your email, subject and description of your issue (as detailed as possible and with steps to reproduce, please!)
  3. Check the reCAPTCHA box to verify you are not a robot
  4. Press Submit


The system will alert us to your ticket. We resolve to sort out your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
